Contracting methodology

Project is evaluated and budget quoted with key dates and payment schedule for design activities. Concept part of contract is placed with advance payment required for such. Concept part is concluded with conceptual study and total project execution plan the project is continued. Key plan dates are followed until project completion. As projects in the design stage are subjected to changes by owners, only budget quotes are given. Changes in scope of work are pre-agreed with client.
